Sally King McBride is a New York City-based artist and illustrator. She holds degrees from Brown and Columbia University in art history and worked for over ten years at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Her alphabets derive from a rich artistic vocabulary built over the course of these experiences; her motivation comes from two young sons still learning their ABCs! Printed on bright white matte paper from an original watercolor painting and framed in either a white or blonde wooden frame, this Parisian alphabet is based on Sally’s semester living and working abroad there, the art and architectural history she studied and a nod (or seven) to her favorite French pastries!
