Some books need more bookmarks than you have. These are four slim white strips mounted on a pink backing card, each with a different Busytown character printed at the top. There are one hundred notes to a set, narrow enough to sit in a margin and point at a single line rather than blanket the paragraph. The paper takes pen, so a tab can carry a word about why you stopped there, and the character stays visible above the page edge once the note is placed, which is most of the appeal.
