Shipping
We ship via UPS Ground or USPS anywhere within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.
Most parcels will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and usually arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date, though delays may occur and are out of our control. Please call us at 413.528.5400 to arrange express shipping.
In an effort to reduce waste, we do not purchase plastic or Styrofoam shipping materials. We do, however, re-use these materials when they are sent to us, along with paper products and cardboard boxes.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered, please file a claim with the respective carrier if this occurs.

First time customers who subscribe to our newsletter are eligible for a one-time 10% discount. This promotion and others can not be combined and are ineligible towards previous orders or purchases including, but not limited to, sale items, Apolina, Bauspiel, Drewart, Fagus, Grimm's, Grapat, Maileg, Misha & Puff, Ostheimer, Poppie Toys, Polka Dot Club, Projecktityyny, Raduga Grez and Soor Ploom. Shipping Rates
Select items are excluded from our $100+ free shipping offer. Surcharges on oversized products are reflected in item pricing. Please note, free shipping is limited to the contiguous US. If you wish to ship an order to Alaska or Hawaii, please be in touch so we can calculate an appropriate shipping rate.
Returns / Cancellations
Please note, orders can not be altered or cancelled once they are processed.
We currently do not offer internationally shipping. If you choose to arrange for international shipping, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or credit for damages that occurred in transit or otherwise.
All swimwear and sale items are final.
Items may be returned for Acorn credit only (minus original shipping and handling fees or any discounts applied) within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not provide return labels as return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is defective please email us immediately upon arrival so we can issue a replacement.
To make a return or exchange please first contact us via email at info@acorntoyshop.com and specify the reason. The item should then be shipped to Acorn in its original condition and packaging accompanied by the original receipt. If the item is used it will be returned to the sender. Returns should be packed securely and sent to:
