Shipping/Returns
Shipping
We ship via UPS or USPS ground anywhere within the contiguous United States. At the current moment we do not ship internationally.
Most parcels will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and usually arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date, though delays may occur and are out of our control. Once we have shipped out your order we will email you tracking information so you can monitor its status.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered, nor are we liable for orders where incorrect shipping information is provided. Kindly file a claim with the respective carrier if this occurs. We are happy to provide documentation to assist you with this process, though we must be notified within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered by the carrier. This timeline also applies to orders with missing items.
In an effort to reduce waste, we do not purchase plastic or Styrofoam shipping materials. We do, however, re-use these materials when they are sent to us.
Promos
First time customers who subscribe to our newsletter are eligible for a one-time 10% discount. This promotion and others can not be combined and are ineligible towards previous orders or purchases including, but not limited to, sale items, Grimm's, Grapat, Maileg, Misha & Puff, Ostheimer, and Soor Ploom.
Shipping Rates
Select items are excluded from our discretionary $150+ free shipping offer. Surcharges on oversized products are reflected in item pricing. Free shipping is limited to the contiguous US. If you wish to ship an order to Alaska or Hawaii, please be in touch so we can calculate an appropriate shipping rate.
Returns / Cancellations
Orders can not be altered or cancelled once they are processed.
At present, we do not offer internationally shipping. If you choose to arrange for international shipping, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or credit for lost packages or damages that occurred in transit or otherwise.
All swimwear and sale items are final sale.
Items may be returned for Acorn store credit only (minus original shipping and handling fees or any discounts applied) within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not provide return labels as return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is defective please email us with details and pictures within 48 hours of arrival so we can generate a return label and issue a replacement once the item is back in our possession.
To make a return or exchange please contact us via email at info@acorntoyshop.com and specify the reason. Once we respond the item should then be shipped to Acorn in its original condition and packaging accompanied by the original receipt. If the item is used it will be returned to the sender. Returns should be packed securely and sent to:
