Nordic knitwear has a warmth all its own, and the new Mya top from UK designer Apolina captures it in a chalet-inspired floral cotton jersey jacquard, designed in Apolina's own studio, with trailing blue vines and little flowers woven through a soft ivory ground. A high neck, voluminous puff sleeves, and deep fitted cuffs give it a sweetly old-fashioned shape, while a gathered peplum adds a gentle swing and three buttons fasten at the back. Soft and easy to wear, it layers nicely under pinafores and dresses and pairs just as well with trousers or a favorite skirt.
