Kite paper is thin yet firm with a beautiful translucent gloss. Transparent, oil-resistant, and stronger than tissue paper, it can be folded and cut to create stars, snowflakes, pinwheels, lanterns and a variety of other decorative pieces. Because it allows light to pass through like stained glass, it makes a beautiful window craft decoration.
